The close of HHR Europe conference 2011

The HHR Madrid conference has now finished and all the participants are travelling back to their various NGOs and organisations around the world. Taking a quick glance at the feedback forms from the event, it was encouraging to see on top of the pile: "Very interesting, interactive, relevant and a good reflection". I was also glad to see the word "energizing" mentioned more than once.

Strengthening Capacity: Impact and Funding

A lot of the discussion within peer groups and breakout workshops centred around the way in which we can measure the impact that capacity building projects have and how this can be used to inspire further funding for these initiatives.
